MOTHERS (agreeing to house and nurture): Mothers have the potential to house birth and nurture greatness. When we partner with the Most High we receive guidance, direction and resources that come from the true Source. 

MOSAIC (divine order establishes you from within):Represents the divine order that the HOLY SPIRIT administers as we continuously trust in HIS wisdom, guidance and teaching. 

ABSTRACT EXPRESSIONISM ( expresses boundless freedom and overflowing love): Represents the boundless outward expression and overflow of freedom we now live in as the HOLY SPIRIT assumes responsibility for working on us from the inside out.

MOTHERS

It all started with Our Father in heaven who created a mother. Birthing great men and women, taking on the responsibility to carry out their God given mission to nurture and care for another being from the very beginning. Housing a life that God predestined for them to have. Mother’s press on. Mothers defy the odds. Mothers take the risk.

It was Sarah who in her old age gave birth to a son promised to her and through God is the mother of all nations. 

It was Jochebed who saved her 3 month old son, Moses’s life by swaddling him and passing him down the river to give his life a chance (Exodus 2:1-10). A  baby who would grow to become the man God used to save the nation of Israel from generations of bondage (Exodus 3:11).

It was Mary that received news that she would house the anticipated Messiah, and that he was to be named Yeshua and that he would be great.(Luke 1:35) It was Mary who was with Yeshua for his first miracle and at his death when he completed his mission and gave up his life for the sake of humanity. (John 2:1-11)_(John 19:25-27) (Genesis 17:16_Genesis18:1-15)_significance of Sarah in the New Covenant (1Peter3:3-6) God bless the mother.  

MOSAIC
In art, Mosaic is a term used to reference the arrangement of small pieces of materials such as stone, glass or tiles to make a picture or pattern. In the bible, Mosaic is a term used to reference the law of Moses, a set of Old Testament commandments from the LORD as the standard for righteousness. In the Old Testament,  it was impossible to uphold each of the 613 commandments in our own strength. Under the New Covenant, the chosen one, Jesus administered grace by sacrificing his own life to deal with the failures of humanity.

By the world standards, we are taught to conform,  living ”outside in”...trying to establish ourselves in our own strength, building ourselves up like small bricks with achievements, recognition, appearances and control over others. The world standard promotes looking the part on the outside, but fails to truly free the inside. The problem is that when we build this way, we are closing ourselves off and boxing ourselves in  from the full life that the LORD desires for us. Inside, we are still longing. Relying on humanity will NEVER reveal this truth to you. This is because it cannot profit from this knowledge.  

There is now freedom, grace and the law to love the LORD and LOVE one another in the manner that we love ourselves.  Christ’s graceful life and sacrificial death initiated responsibility to fulfill the law of the old covenant and address humanity's empty desire to try and fix themselves. By establishing the New Covenant of Grace, meaning we don’t have to perform for or earn love, we can now rest and allow His HOLY SPIRIT to work in us to do what we could not do. 

ABSTRACT EXPRESSION

Each mosaic piece in these portraits represents the Holy Spirit’s work in the lives of these women, administering truth and building upon the foundation of their faith. We could never save ourselves and live up to all of the rules of the Old Testament in our own strength and  so The Holy Spirit accepts full responsibility to help us live Godly lives. This is grace!  Knowing this truth makes us free. And Jesus said, if the son sets you free, you are unquestionably free (John 8:36). The loose and flowing background of each portrait represents the unquestionable freedom they walk in.

母たち（宿し、育む事への受け入れ）： 母親たちは生命を宿し、偉大な者へと育む可能性を秘めています。最も偉大な神と共にパートナー を組む時、私たちは導き、方向性と資源を真の源から受ける事ができるのです。 すべては、母親の存在を造られた天にいらっしゃる父なる神様から始まったのです。偉大な男性、 女性をこの世に出すため、一人の人格を愛を持って育むという神から与えられた使命をはじめか ら責任を持って遂行してきています。神から定められ、与えられた命を母親たちは宿すのです。母 親たちは邁進します。母親たちは逆境に立ち向かいます。母親たちはリスクを負います。

サラは自 分が高齢なのにもかかわらず神が彼女に約束された子を産み、神を通してすべての国民の母となっ たのです。

３ヶ月だったモーセの命を救うために彼を籠に包んで川に流したのは母ヨケベデです。 （出エジプト記２：１−１０）この赤ちゃんこそが何代にも渡って束縛されていたイスラエルの民 を救い出す神が用いられた者と成長するのです。（出エジプト３：１１）

切望されていたメシアを 身ごもり、その子の名前がイエスとなずけられ、彼が偉大な者となる事を聞かされたのはマリア でした。（ルカの福音書１：３５）イエスの初めての奇跡の時にも、人類のために命を捧げる役 目を果す死の時にもマリアは彼と共にいました。

モザイク画（内から神聖なる秩序が築かれる）: 神の知恵、導きと教えを常に信頼すると神の霊・聖霊が我々を統治するという神聖な秩序を表し ます。

芸術においてモザイクという言葉は、石やガラス、タイルなどの小片の材料を寄せてあわせ埋め込 んで、絵（図像）や模様を表すのに使用されます。聖書においてモザイクという言葉は、義の定義 となる旧約聖書における神から与えられたモーセの律法を表すのに使われています。旧約聖書に おいて、６１３に渡る律法の一つ一つを自分たちの力だけで守る事はできませんでした。新しい 契約の下で選ばれしイエスは自分の命を犠牲にし、人類の失脚を恵みで覆われたのです。

世界の基準では、我々は外側から内に成功、名声、見栄え、権力などを自分の力で小さなレンガ を積むように自己を建て上げる事を教えられています。この世界は外観を見る事を推奨しますが 内側の真の解放を怠ります。問題は、このように自分を建て上げると、神が望まれる豊かな生き 方から自分を閉鎖し、閉じ込めてしまいます。でも実は内なる人はこの豊かな生き方を今でも待 ち望んでいるのです。人間的見地だけではこの真理を知りえる事はありません。なぜならこの真理 からは世は利益を得ないからです。

抽象的表現（無限の自由と溢れ出る愛を表現する）: 内から外へと働く神の霊・聖霊によって今生きる私たちの無限に放出する表現と溢れ出す自由を 表します。

今は、自由と恵み、神を愛し、自分を愛すように互いに愛し合う法が与えられています。恵み深い キリストの人生と犠牲的な死は、旧約の律法を満たす責任を果たすと同時に自分の力で解決しよ うとする虚しい人類の願望を示唆します。新しい恵みによる契約を設定する事によって、もう行い によって愛を受けたりする必要がなく、神の霊・聖霊により頼み、私たちの中で働いてもらう事 によって私たちができなかった事を可能にしました。

これらの肖像画の各モザイクの小片は、これらの女性たちの人生の中で真理を提供し、信仰の基 盤の立ち上げる神の霊・聖霊の働きを表します。私たちは誰も自分を救う事はできませんし、自 分の努力で旧約の律法を守る事はできないので神の霊・聖霊が責任を持って私たちが神を敬う生 活を遂行できるように助けて下さいます。これが恵みです。この真理を知ると自由になります。そ してイエスは『もし神の子が自由にして下さればあなた方は本当に自由な者になるのである。』 と言わました。（ヨハネの福音書８：３６）ゆったりした流れるような各々の肖像画の背景は、 彼女たちが確かな自由を歩んでいるのを表現しています。
